Iโm built around dumbbell and kettlebell work, combining supersets and controlled movements to light up your muscles from start to finish. We move together as one group, no circuits here โ just focused, structured sets that challenge everyone equally. ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
Before we even touch a weight, we warm up with dynamic stretches to get the blood flowing and your body prepped. Then we dive into movement patterns that are all about control, tempo, and tension โ the stuff that builds lean muscle and leaves you walking out with a proper pump. ๐ฅ
Youโll leave sweaty, satisfied, and with muscles that know theyโve worked. ๐ฅต
BLAST ๐ฅ
Hey, Iโm BLAST โ and I donโt mess around. ๐
Iโm your fast-paced, functional cardio circuit designed to test your grit and push your limits. Youโll train solo, move station to station with 45 seconds of work, and minimal rest in between. Itโs sweaty, loud, and relentless โ just how we like it. ๐ฅ
Oh, and I throw in random surprise exercises between sets to keep you guessing and keep that heart rate in the red zone. Think burpees when you least expect them. ๐

LIFT ๐
Iโm LIFT โ and Iโm here to teach, not just train. ๐
Iโm all about the foundations โ Squat. Bench. Deadlift. Push. Pull. Move with intent. No fluff. No ego. Just quality reps, coached properly. ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
I run in the evenings for a reason โ Iโm slower paced, more educational, and designed for those who want to master their technique, build strength safely, and understand why theyโre doing each movement. ๐ช
My classes are small, max of 6 people, so youโll get real coaching attention. Expect regressions, bodyweight drills, and cues that actually stick. ๐

RUN ๐
We'll kick things off with a 5-10 minute warm-up, filled with dynamic stretches and gentle movements to prepare your body efficiently. ๐ฅ
Then we hit our stride with a 30 minute group run where we stick together, motivate each other and most importantly, keep the VIBES HIGH. ๐
We'll wrap it up with a 5-10 minute cool-down to leave you feeling refreshed and accomplished. ๐
