Iโ€™m built around dumbbell and kettlebell work, combining supersets and controlled movements to light up your muscles from start to finish. We move together as one group, no circuits here โ€” just focused, structured sets that challenge everyone equally. ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Before we even touch a weight, we warm up with dynamic stretches to get the blood flowing and your body prepped. Then we dive into movement patterns that are all about control, tempo, and tension โ€” the stuff that builds lean muscle and leaves you walking out with a proper pump. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Youโ€™ll leave sweaty, satisfied, and with muscles that know theyโ€™ve worked. ๐Ÿฅต

BLAST ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Hey, Iโ€™m BLAST โ€” and I donโ€™t mess around. ๐Ÿ˜

Iโ€™m your fast-paced, functional cardio circuit designed to test your grit and push your limits. Youโ€™ll train solo, move station to station with 45 seconds of work, and minimal rest in between. Itโ€™s sweaty, loud, and relentless โ€” just how we like it. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Oh, and I throw in random surprise exercises between sets to keep you guessing and keep that heart rate in the red zone. Think burpees when you least expect them. ๐Ÿ˜

If you want a class that torches calories, builds cardio fitness, and leaves no rep in the tank โ€” Iโ€™m your guy. ๐Ÿฅต

LIFT ๐Ÿ‹

Iโ€™m LIFT โ€” and Iโ€™m here to teach, not just train. ๐Ÿ“•

Iโ€™m all about the foundations โ€” Squat. Bench. Deadlift. Push. Pull. Move with intent. No fluff. No ego. Just quality reps, coached properly. ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ

I run in the evenings for a reason โ€” Iโ€™m slower paced, more educational, and designed for those who want to master their technique, build strength safely, and understand why theyโ€™re doing each movement. ๐Ÿ’ช

My classes are small, max of 6 people, so youโ€™ll get real coaching attention. Expect regressions, bodyweight drills, and cues that actually stick. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

RUN ๐Ÿƒ

We'll kick things off with a 5-10 minute warm-up, filled with dynamic stretches and gentle movements to prepare your body efficiently. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Then we hit our stride with a 30 minute group run where we stick together, motivate each other and most importantly, keep the VIBES HIGH. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

We'll wrap it up with a 5-10 minute cool-down to leave you feeling refreshed and accomplished. ๐Ÿ˜…
