    What started as a hobby quickly evolved into a lifelong commitment, and over the years, I’ve developed a deep love for helping others achieve their fitness goals.

    With years of experience, I specialize in 1-1 Personal Training sessions tailored to your individual needs, along with coaching that focuses on sustainable, long-term results. 

    Whether you’re new to fitness or an experienced athlete, I offer personalized guidance to help you move better, feel stronger, and reach your potential. 

    I’m also actively involved in leading group classes, where I get to share my passion for movement and create an energetic environment for everyone.

    I am a qualified personal trainer with a background of studying sport sciences.

    I love helping people achieve their goals whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, strength gain, whatever your goals are… I can get you there.

    Hi, I am Liam and I am 21 years old. I am here to help YOU reach your fitness goals.

    I’ve been training now for 3 years and have completed my level 3 Personal Training course in order to provide the best service possible for my clients.

    Why should you get started? I believe that starting the gym not only boosts self confidence but can also help improve positive mentality.

Personalised Training Plans

Introducing our personalised training programmes, where your fitness journey becomes an easy step-by-step guide to your goals. This programme will be constructed considering your availability/ capability and most of all… enjoyment!

1-1 Personal Training Sessions

60 minutes with one of our highly educated Personal Trainers. During this session you will be educated on how to train, why we train but also how to get the most out of your training.

24/7 Support

As part of the coaching package, you will gain access to a 24/7 response groupchat via whatsapp. Which you can use to ask appropriate questions, ask for advice… pick our brains!
