    Claire Gwynne has been a personal trainer since 2020, after she herself found a passion with weight training.

    She is a figure competitor in the body building industry, and received her PRO card in 2022.

    Claire holds a ‘Cut and Sculpt’ class at Anvil 3 x a week; educating clients on weight training, training to failure, and with an emphasis on losing body fat whilst retaining or building muscle. Her Group PT Classes are guaranteed to be small; a maximum of 6 is all Claire takes on, ensuring that every client receives the crucial level of support to help them achieve their goal.

Personalised Training Plans

Introducing our personalised training programmes, where your fitness journey becomes an easy step-by-step guide to your goals. This programme will be constructed considering your availability/ capability and most of all… enjoyment!

1-1 Personal Training Sessions

Within the coaching package, you will gain access to 1 personal training session a week. During this session you will be educated on how to train, why we train but also how to get the most out of your training.

FREE unlimited classes

Included within Anvil Coaching, you will be able to book in whichever classes you want, whenever you desire… FOR FREE. We offer a range of classes which will definitely test your fitness levels.

Nutritional Advice

The coaching package will also give you access to our knowledge within nutrition. In depth advice on the food groups. We will also teach you how to optimise your diet in order to get the most out of your training and meet your goals.

24/7 Support

As part of the coaching package, you will gain access to a 24/7 response groupchat via whatsapp. Which you can use to ask appropriate questions, ask for advice… pick our brains!
