Hi, I’m Ethan, co-owner of Anvil Gym Southport and a passionate Personal Trainer specializing in weight training. With years of experience in strength training and competing in powerlifting at a national level, I know what it takes to help clients get stronger, build muscle, and achieve their goals.

Introducing our personalised training programmes, where your fitness journey becomes an easy step-by-step guide to your goals. This programme will be constructed considering your availability/ capability and most of all… enjoyment!
1-1 Personal Training Sessions
60 minutes with one of our highly educated Personal Trainers. During this session you will be educated on how to train, why we train but also how to get the most out of your training.
24/7 Support
As part of the coaching package, you will gain access to a 24/7 response groupchat via whatsapp. Which you can use to ask appropriate questions, ask for advice… pick our brains!
